Young minds in Leppington are doing incredible things every day, and Unity Grammar's Senior School Robotics team, STEM Cells (18306), have taken that to the world stage. Representing Australia at the FIRST Tech Championships in the Netherlands, the team competed against 96 of the globe's best and came home with 2nd place in the Inspire Award which is the highest honour of the competition. This award goes beyond building great tech. It recognises innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and community impact, which are qualities this team showed in spades. To be named one of the top teams in the world is a huge achievement. The students, their families, teachers, and mentors should be incredibly proud of what they've accomplished. It's a strong reminder of the talent and drive we have right here in Leppington. Our young people aren't just the leaders of tomorrow, they're already making a mark on the world today.
