On October 10, I joined the Member for Liverpool for an equally fun and competitive Trivia Night at Headspace Edmondson Park, held in celebration of World Mental Health Day and Headspace Day. The event brought the community together to raise awareness and vital funds for youth mental health. With a great turnout and spirited competition, I'm proud to share that Team Leppi‑pool / Liver-ton took home first prize, and even prouder to note that the centre raised an impressive $4,000. These funds will go directly towards youth-led initiatives, including peer-led events, social support groups, and mental health workshops in local schools. Headspace continues to play a vital role in supporting the mental wellbeing of young Australians. Offering early intervention services, safe spaces, and a platform for young voices to be heard. A big congratulations to the Ed Park Headspace Youth Reference Group, staff and partners for making the night a success, and for your ongoing commitment to helping young people feel supported, empowered, and understood.
