I'd like to recognise and congratulate Isabella Vaingalo, a Year 7 student at St Anthony of Padua Catholic College, Austral, on her outstanding athletic achievements. I recently had the pleasure of presenting Isabella with the NSW Government State Representative Award, recognising not just her talent, but her dedication and hard work. Isabella is a back-to-back National Champion in shot put, winning gold in 2024 and again in 2025, and recording an impressive personal best of 12.82 metres. That's an incredible achievement at such a young age. She's also making her mark in rugby league, selected in the first-ever Sydney South West Under 12 Girls team, who went on to become undefeated champions in Gosford. Isabella is a fantastic example of what commitment and determination can achieve. We're all very proud of you, congratulations!
