On 4 August the Emerald Hills Bootcamp hosted an endometriosis charity workout event that I am happy to report was a smashing success. The event aimed to raise awareness and funds for endometriosis, a chronic condition affecting many women. The bootcamp workout brought together the local community, including fitness enthusiasts, supporters and individuals affected by endometriosis, to participate in a series of exercises designed for all levels of fitness. Proceeds from the event were directed towards supporting research and providing resources for those dealing with the affliction. The event not only focused on physical fitness but also highlighted the importance of supporting women's health within the community. There was a great turnout, with so many members of the community coming together for a great cause. It was heartwarming to see people of all ages and fitness levels turn up to participate, wearing yellow in solidarity. I give a big thank you to everyone who showed up and contributed. Their support is making a real difference, with $2,500 raised.
