Clancy Catholic College's Clancy Day took place on Friday 25 August. As part of Clancy Day, I was honoured to attend a prayer service and investiture of the college leaders for the 2024 school year. Jonathan Caprarelli and Ariel Mazzetti were appointed college captains. I congratulate Jonathan and Ariel on their elevation to this position and wish them all the best as they lead their school for the next 12 months. Jonathan and Ariel will not be alone. They have a comprehensive leadership team behind them, including vice-captains Gabrielle Barilla and Andre Paceskoski, Catholic life leaders Mary Azzi and Joshua Berry, leaders of learning Jeremy Bonanno and Jorja Suga, co-curricular leaders Benjamin Lovell and Bianca Quilter and wellbeing leaders Cristina Issa and Lachlan Pham. I congratulate all the leaders on their new roles. They serve as an example to their school community. I also congratulate outgoing college captains Nicholas and Carla on their tenure and wish them well in their HSC.
