It was a real pleasure to be part of the Annual Mezban on 9 November at Fairfield Showground, hosted by the Brihottor Chattagram Samity Australia. This festival has deep roots in the Chattagram region of Bangladesh, and it's all about coming together. To share food, stories, and culture. Events like this are a great way for people to stay connected to their heritage, especially for those who are building a new life here in Australia. Since 1989, the Greater Chattagram Association has been bringing the community together through Mezban, and every year it just keeps growing. The food, the music, the atmosphere, it all speaks to the strength and warmth of the Chattagram community here in Sydney. These celebrations matter. They bring people closer, help us learn more about each other, and show just how richly diverse our community really is. Thank you to all involved who made it possible.
