Horningsea Park and surrounding suburbs are already chocked with traffic, with small local streets often gridlocked during peak hours. Residents are deeply concerned about increased traffic in Horningsea Park and Carnes Hill with the development of the former Trash and Treasure site into 124 residential lots.
Adding 200-300 more cars risks plunging the area into complete traffic chaos. One solution is to retain direct access via Camden Valley Way, instead of funnelling traffic through small residential streets.
We call on Liverpool City Council and the developer, Trifalga Property Group, to act now. Keeping the left-in, left-out access point on Camden Valley Way can ease the burden and protect our communities from further congestion.
