That this House:

(1) Notes that the $60 toll cap for Sydney drivers has been in effect since January 1 2024, providing cost of living relief to over 720,000 motorists.

(2) Condemns the former Government for making Sydney the most tolled city in the world.

(3) Commends the Government's swift action in introducing the toll cap to improve cost of living conditions, specifically for people in south western Sydney.
