That this House:

(1) Notes the dependence of millions of people on our train network.

(2) Condemns the previous Government's neglect of maintenance of rail infrastructure undermining public faith in our rail network.

(3) Congratulates the Minister for Transport for her announcement of the Sydney Rail Repair Plan, which will repair 450 kilometres of track.

(4) Commends the Government for their commitment to restoring public trust in our rail system.
