That this House:

(1) Condemns the former Government for making Sydney the most tolled city in the world.

(2) Commends the Government for continuing to work on toll reform and implementing a $60 toll cap for drivers beginning 1 January 2024.

(3) Notes that the toll cap will provide immediate relief to families in Leppington and south western Sydney, struggling with the cost of living.
