That this House:

(1) Notes the concerns of locals in the Leppington electorate about the threat nuclear power poses to our environment and our economy.

(2) Notes that nuclear power is expensive, risky and will not be ready to provide power for New South Wales for decades, well after coal-fired power retires.

(3) Opposes nuclear power in New South Wales.
