(2) Notes that the Government has enhanced the powers and resourcing for the New South Wales Building Commission, ensuring high quality housing developments across south western Sydney.

(3) Notes the Building Commission will improve the compliance and quality control in construction.

(4) Commends the Government for tackling the crisis inherited by the former Government.
