That this House:

(1) Acknowledges the rapidly growing communities in the Leppington electorate.

(2) Acknowledges the need for infrastructure for these new growth communities.

(3) Notes the previous Government's failure to upgrade Fifteenth Avenue.

(4) Commends the Government's commitment to upgrade Fifteenth Avenue.
