That this House:

(1) Recognises that workers at electricity distributor Endeavour Energy have suffered a real wage decline since its privatisation under the previous Government.

(2) Notes that workers at Endeavour Energy have been negotiating for a fair wage deal for over six months, and will be taking a 24 hour strike action on June 18 2024.

(3) Commends union members fighting for a fair deal and encourages Endeavour Energy to negotiate with its workers in good faith.
