That this House:

(1) Notes that the intersection of Elizabeth Drive and Devonshire Road at Kemps Creek has long been very dangerous.

(2) Notes that Liverpool City Council has been lobbying for an upgrade to this intersection for many years.

(3) Condemns the previous Government's failure to upgrade the intersection.

(4) Commends the Government for committing to upgrade the intersection in the coming year.
