(1) Notes the rapid population growth in Austral, Denham Court and Leppington, within the Leppington electorate.

(2) Notes the previous Government's failure to build a single public high school between these three suburbs.

(3) Commends the Government's commitment to build a new public high school in Leppington in their first term.
